Short description of the project

The realization of this project is focused on investing in an ICT solution to support the business processes of a manufacturing company. This will ensure the continued development of the company and create preconditions for even more successful business. The implementation of the functionality provided by the software solution related to production and the purchase of IT equipment for networking with the software solution will contribute to the improvement of production and logistics processes of the applicant by enabling effective control over production resources. The following will increase customer satisfaction and efficiency of the entire business. The project included the following activities:

  1. procurement and implementation of ICT solutions,
  2. project management,
  3. publicity and visibility.


Objectives and expected results of the project

The aim of the project is to improve the development and growth of companies in the domestic and foreign markets. Investing in an ICT solution to support the business processes of a manufacturing company will increase customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the entire business, as well as revenue growth.

The specific objectives of the project are:

  1. strengthening the market position;
  2. successfully implemented software solution;
  3. purchased computer equipment and integrated with software solution;
  4. business process improvement;
  5. hiring new employees.

Sustainability of results after the completion of the project will be realized through several different aspects:

  1. financial sustainability;
  2. maintenance of ICT solutions and improvement of its functionalities.


Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)

  • The total value of the project is HRK 546,943.75
  • The total value of the project (eligible costs) is 437,355.00 HRK
  • The EU share in project financing is HRK 282,093.97
