Wire and Mesh Shaping

By changing the shape of metal wire, sheet metal, and wire meshes through various bending and forming processes, we adapt them to specific applications. The shaping is performed by straightening and cutting wires to length, forming with hydraulic and eccentric presses, and 3D CNC wire forming.

Resistance, Arc, and Laser Welding

Welding of wires, wire and sheet metal, and wire rings of various dimensions and diameters. Standards specific to our welding technologies: ISO 3834, ISO 9606, ISO 14732.

Surface Protection

The process consists of degreasing, chemical surface preparation with conversion coatings, and electrostatic powder coating in an automated facility. Using our own or external capacities of certified suppliers, we provide hot and cold galvanizing, chroming, and cathodic dip coating (E-coat).
